Sustainable Development & Capacity Building

AVA supports projects that promote sustainable social, economic and cultural development, contributing to a peaceful, democratic and inclusive society. We conduct needs assessments, advocate for responsible stewardship of public resources, and deliver training and capacity-building that enhances leadership, administrative and vocational skills — with particular emphasis on economic self-reliance through entrepreneurship, financial literacy and support for small and medium-sized enterprises.
